Spacious en-suite bathroom featuring a clean and practical layout. Close proximity to local bars and restaurants makes for an easy evening out without needing to travel far.
Nobody there to welcome us upon arrival, which felt a bit cold. The toilet seat wasn't secured properly, and the shower head seemed ready to make a break for it. Breakfast consisted mainly of self-serve cereal and toast—if you want something hot, you'll need to hoof it downtown. Basement-level decor feels a bit tired, and the overall ambiance lacks a personable touch given the owner's absence during our stay. Some minor plumbing issues with the shower flow added to the frustration.

Ann was an exceptional host, providing a warm welcome and ensuring everything was at hand, including a comfortable room with helpful amenities. The kitchen usage offered great flexibility, and breakfast options like boiled eggs added a nice touch. the location was a bit noisy at times, and off-street parking could fill up quickly. A couple of minor cleanliness issues were noted, but they were easily overshadowed by the overall positive experience.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Ennislare House. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. My room, a spacious Twin Room en suite, was quite comfortable, offering a bright atmosphere with all the necessary amenities. The en-suite facilities included everything I needed, making my stay very convenient. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking. both made my visit much easier. The shared kitchen was stocked with plenty of food options for breakfast, which was a nice touch since no breakfast was included. It felt just like having my own little cooking space. The location was perfect. a short walk took me to the town center without any hassle. While there were many positives, I did find the stair access a bit cumbersome, especially with my luggage. It might be something to consider if you have mobility issues.

Perfect stay for a wedding
Had a fab stay! The host was super welcoming and showed us to our cozy room, complete with all the essentials. Bed was comfy, and no rush to check out was a plus. Only thing was there wasn't a dining option on-site, but we had everything we needed to make our own meals. Great spot overall!

The homemade desserts were a sweet revelation, and the hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality. Plus, being so close to Bangor's lively seaside vibe made our stay even sweeter.
The lift was out of action, making the stairs a bit of a trek. We were also jolted awake a couple of times by a smoke alarm which was a tad unsettling.
