Nobody there to welcome us upon arrival, which felt a bit cold. The toilet seat wasn't secured properly, and the shower head seemed ready to make a break for it. Breakfast consisted mainly of self-serve cereal and toast—if you want something hot, you'll need to hoof it downtown. Basement-level decor feels a bit tired, and the overall ambiance lacks a personable touch given the owner's absence during our stay. Some minor plumbing issues with the shower flow added to the frustration.

the location was super convenient, just a short 2-minute walk to the city center. the room was spacious with a comfy double bed, two large singles, and a nice view of the marina and ferris wheel. had great amenities like a kettle and shampoo. breakfast was basic but fine with cereal and toast. loved the friendly hosts.

The location was perfect. a short walk took me to the town center without any hassle. While there were many positives, I did find the stair access a bit cumbersome, especially with my luggage. It might be something to consider if you have mobility issues.
